Terms of Service

Welcome to Good Friday Golf. These Terms of Service govern your use of goodfridaygolfs.com and any purchase you make from us. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

**PLEASE READ SECTION 15 CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES DISPUTES TO BE RESOLVED BY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND WAIVES YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS.**

Good Friday Golf is operated by Y Kim's Holdings LLC, based in Tennessee, United States.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm the payment method you're using belongs to you or that you have permission to use it.

 2. Products

We do our best to display our products accurately, but we can't guarantee that your screen shows colors exactly as they appear in person. Product descriptions, specifications, and availability may change without notice.

All items are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we'll notify you and issue a full refund for that item.

 3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and don't include applicable sales tax or shipping unless stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed.

Payment is processed at checkout through Shopify's secure payment system. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, whether or not the order has been confirmed.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion — including orders that appear fraudulent, orders placed by resellers, or orders exceeding reasonable quantities. If we cancel your order, we'll refund you in full and let you know why.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states and Washington DC. We don't ship to US territories or internationally at this time.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package leaves our warehouse, transit time is in the carrier's hands. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including our logo, product designs, photography, text, and the Good Friday Golf name — is owned by Y Kim's Holdings LLC and protected by US copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Scripture references themselves are in the public domain; our specific designs incorporating them are not.

 8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this site to transmit malicious code, scrape or harvest data, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the site's operation, or violate any applicable law. We may terminate your access for any of these.

 9. Accuracy of Information

We work to keep the information on this site current, but we don't warrant that it's complete or error-free. Any reliance on the material here is at your own risk.

 10. Third-Party Links and Services

Our site may link to third-party sites or use third-party services. We're not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Review their terms before using them.

 11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and this site are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Y Kim's Holdings LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to that claim.

Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

 13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Y Kim's Holdings LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Privacy

We collect and process personal information — including your name, contact details, shipping and billing address, payment details, order history, and information about how you use this site — in order to fulfill your orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and improve our store.

Our full **Privacy Policy** explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your information. It is incorporated into these terms by reference. If anything in these terms conflicts with the Privacy Policy on matters of personal information, the Privacy Policy controls.

This site is hosted by Shopify, and information you submit is transmitted to and processed by Shopify as our service provider. Payment card details are handled by Shopify's payment processing and are never stored on our own systems.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To exercise any of these, email ykimsholdingsllc@gmail.com.

By using this site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

**Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.**

15.1 Informal Resolution First

Most disputes can be resolved without formal proceedings. Before starting arbitration, you agree to contact us at ykimsholdingsllc@gmail.com with a written description of the dispute and the relief you're seeking. We'll do the same if we have a dispute with you. Both parties agree to work in good faith to resolve the matter for 30 days before either side files a claim.

15.2 Agreement to Arbitrate

If we can't resolve the dispute informally, you and Y Kim's Holdings LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms, our products, or your use of this site — whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, or any other legal theory — will be resolved exclusively by **final and binding individual arbitration**, rather than in court.

This agreement to arbitrate is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

 15.3 Arbitration Procedure

Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, available at adr.org. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator. Unless you and we agree otherwise, any in-person hearing will take place in Davidson County, Tennessee, though you may also elect to proceed by telephone, video, or on written submissions only.

The arbitrator has exclusive authority to resolve any dispute about the interpretation, applicability, or enforceability of this arbitration agreement. The arbitrator's award is final and binding, and judgment on it may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

15.4 Class Action Waiver

**You and Y Kim's Holdings LLC agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.** The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.

If this class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim — and only that claim — will be severed from arbitration and brought in court, while all remaining claims proceed in arbitration.

15.5 Exceptions

This section does not apply to:

- Claims that qualify for **small claims court**, which either party may bring individually in a court of competent jurisdiction
- Claims seeking **injunctive or equitable relief** for infringement or misuse of intellectual property rights

15.6 Your Right to Opt Out

**You can opt out of this arbitration agreement.** To do so, email ykimsholdingsllc@gmail.com within **30 days** of first accepting these terms or making your first purchase, whichever comes first, with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and include your full name and the email address associated with your account or order.

Opting out will not affect any other part of these terms, and it will not affect your ability to purchase from us. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in court under Section 16.

15.7 Costs

Payment of filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA's Consumer Arbitration Rules. Where those rules require you to pay a filing fee that exceeds what you would pay to file in court, we will pay the difference.

15.8 Survival

This arbitration agreement survives termination of these terms and the end of your relationship with us.

16. Governing Law and Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. For any dispute not subject to arbitration under Section 15 — or if you have opted out — the state and federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

17. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining terms stay in full effect. Section 15.4 is subject to its own severability rule stated within that section.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always posted on this page, and changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
